• First, place the blade in the viewing position (Blade A), hold the handle firmly, and then insert the cable onto the V-shaped iron. When the movable handle and the fixed handle are firmly held, the blade is approximately 0.5mm away from the surface of the wire. Once the adjustment is complete, push open the flap, and release the jaws.
• Place the cable stripping position under the blade, with the cable tightly against the V-shaped iron. Clamp the handle and rotate it back and forth (more than 360 degrees). Release the handle. (If you are stripping in the middle, cut a second slice according to the range of the wire.) Press down the top chuck shaft, rotate it 90 degrees, place the slice in the view position (blade B).
• Clamp the handle, radially cut through the insulation layer. You can do this in several cuts. Then rotate the stripping pliers about 180 degrees to cut through again. Then lift it open, release the handle, and pull down the insulation layer. The operation is completed.
• Adjusting the adjusting screw can control the depth of the blade's penetration. If it is too shallow, the insulation layer will not be easily peeled off; if it is too deep, it may cut the wire. You can gradually increase the penetration depth and test it. During the operation, the blade edge must not damage the copper-aluminum wires.
• During the operation, when the blade is rotating around the cable at position (Blade A), the handle must be held firmly and not swung. Rotate the handle through 360 degrees, ensuring that the blade cuts on the same surface, making it easier to remove the insulation layer.
