- Connection: There are 5 Hall interfaces on the brushless motor, two of which are Hall power supply lines and three are Hall signal lines. You should distinguish them, especially the Hall power supply line. Don't make a mistake. The Hall signal line is usually marked with a (Ha), b (Hb), and c (Hc). There are also three interfaces on the driver board with the words Ha, Hb, and Hc. Connect them accordingly
- Instruction: There are three phase wire interfaces on the driver board. They are marked with MA (U), MB (V), MC (W) and other similar characters. They are also connected accordingly. After confirmation, the main power supply is turned on, and the throttle of the potentiometer is turned about 20%, and it can rotate smoothly normally
- Note: Since the power current of the module is very large, please do not artificially short-circuit when the module is not working properly. Please use a small current and voltage test for the first wiring test. After it is OK, then pass a large current and high voltage. Since it is a bare board module for sale, pay attention to the insulation of the wiring wire heads. It is strictly forbidden to touch the parts on the board with strong voltage
- Note: There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the mainboard. It is recommended to add one yourself. Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply will cause permanent damage to some chips on the board. Do not connect a motor that is obviously inconsistent with the voltage and power of the drive module to avoid damage
