Lionel 027 train set used

see pictures, comes with 27 curved rails, 18 straight rails , some type of motor that operates the cars. I know the motor is dead. other 2 boxes, a tower,I saw a collector on the cable show pawn stars, and he got 850 for his set. on ebay it shows this set for 800.00. I am open to reasonable offer. no returns no refunds no exchange sold as is. Comes packed inside you will find white styrofoam to cushion the bounce of the transport. I notice the cars and rails and other things have oil on the surface. the original owner was oiling the set for some reason. I bought it from yard sale collection.
