This 30-pack of pie-shaped wax melt clamshell molds from North Mountain Supply is made from BPA-free PET plastic, the same material used in soda bottles. PET is a more environmentally responsible option than PVC and provides excellent clarity and structure.Each mold features a 6-cavity pie-shaped design and holds approximately 2.5 ounces of wax. Ideal for making wax melts, these molds are also suitable for chocolates, soaps, and other small crafts. Recommended pour temperature is between 140°F and 150°F. Do not exceed 160°F. If pouring above 150°F, test one mold first to ensure the plastic does not warp. These clamshells can be reused, though repeated exposure to high temperatures may reduce durability.
