ESP32-32E Brushless Motor Driver Board 20A High Current Wireless WIFI Bluetooth Simple FOC Modified Version The ESP32 FOC brushless motor driver board uses three discrete high-side and low-side gate drivers and six NMOS transistors to form a single BLDC drive circuit. Based on the open-source project Simple FOC ShieldV2.0.4, the Arduino main controller is replaced with the IoT module ESP32-32E. Supports multiple sensor interfaces. Users can modify the Simple FOC library in the Arduino environment to control the smooth and high-precision operation of the BLDC brushless motor. 1. The BLDC drive section uses three IR2104 gate drivers and six NMOS transistors. The control logic is compatible with the official Simple FOC L6234PD solution. 2. Main controller model: ESP32-32E, 4MB Flash, dual-core MCU, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module; 3. Onboard two INA240A2 high-precision current sensors for measuring AB phase current. The inline sampling resistor value of phase B is 10mR (derived from two 20mR resistors connected in parallel); 4. Supports magnetic sensor encoders such as AS5600 and AS5047P; 5. Reserved ESP32 firmware programming port for easy secondary development; 6. Onboard reset button and power indicator; 7. Power supply voltage DC12-28V; 8. Maximum output current: 20A.
